Victoria Beckham appeared on Friday’s "Today" show to promote her new collaboration with Target, and also discussed her marriage and possibility of a Spice Girls reunion. The singer-turned-designer will soon launch VB x Target, a limited collection of apparel and accessories for women and girls of all ages, including toddlers and babies. "I've wanted to work with a retailer that could enable me to reach out to women all around America no matter what their budget," Beckham explained on the morning talk show. "I was really excited because I am often in Target stores with the kids."
Beckham went on to talk about her nearly 20-year marriage to former soccer star David Beckham, saying, "He's my soulmate. We really compliment each other. He’s the most incredible husband, fantastic father." She added, "He inspires me every day. Not just seeing him with the children and how he treats me. It just works. We’re lucky to have each other."
Beckham’s former girl group, the Spice Girls, briefly reunited for a performance at the 2012 Olympics, but she shut down the possibility of the singers getting together again. “There won’t be a reunion because I think that when we performed at the Olympics, that was so great and that was us celebrating everything that we’d achieved,” she explained. "I still talk to all the other girls. We’re still very close, but I think you need to know when it’s time to actually say, ‘That was great, we achieved a lot,’ and everybody moves on." But as for her nickname, Beckham admits, "I'll always be Posh."
