All ticket sales can be purchased at

Mayor Tommy Battle is excited about the development of a downtown wine festival for Huntsville and has confidence that Ashley Ryals, owner and chief creator of Homegrown, will implement a successful event for our community. Despite current construction in the park, the plan is for the work to be completed prior to the festival. If not completed, the city is confident it will not be in further disrepair. “It is exciting to see the energy continue to grow downtown with new and different events for people to enjoy. The Big Spring Crush Wine Festival is certain to be another popular annual event for Huntsville,” says Battle.

Another attraction is the private tents available in “The Grove”. They will provide a place to entertain employees, clients or friends. Only 10 tents are available. The Grove tents are $500 and include two VIP festival passes, a 10x10 tent, an eight foot table and have the option to have their tent catered by one of the on-site restaurants. Gates, Stage and other sponsorship opportunities are available. If interested please contact Ryals at 256.683.0966.

The Big Spring Crush planning committee is a group of Huntsville professionals with varied expertise that are working with Homegrown to bring several ideas for the Festival to life, including an Alabama State Wine Competition, grape stomping and more. We plan to release more details as they become available.

A portion of proceeds will go to Downtown Huntsville Inc. (DHI) to underwrite interactive art in the downtown area. To learn more about DHI visit
