TN man builds outdoor pool with half-a-million gallons of water!

Micky Thornton started building his family a backyard pool in 1992. That's now grown into a landmark where baseball teams cool off after a game, parties are held, and people are baptized on Sunday! How much water does this backyard pool hold? Around a Half-a-Million Gallons!

Baby pool with waterfall overflowing into main pool

Large waterfall 14’ high running off into stream around part of the shallow end. It also has a knee deep pool on top for sitting in and enjoying the view that will accommodate 4-5 people comfortably.
