What's My Wife Cooking: Hashbrown Casserole
1 2-pound bag hashbrown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8-ounce sour cream
1 package of Velvetta Shredded Cheese
1 small onion (chopped)
Mix all the above in a large bowl and then put into a 9x13 pan.
For the topping, melt half stick of butter and crushed up sleeve of town house crackers, then spread on top of potatoes.
Bake on oven at 350-degrees for 45-50 minutes.
