WHAT’S MY WIFE COOKING: Peanut Butter Fudge


1 can of vanilla cake frosting

1 3/4 cup of peanut butter (creamy of crunchy)


Microwave the frosting for 1-minute, then use a hand or stand-up mixer to combine with peanut butter.

Lightly coat a 9-by-9-inch square of aluminum foil on a throw away pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Pour mixture onto the pan.

Cover and refrigerate for 3-hours (or freeze for 1-hour if you are in a hurry).

Take out and cut into blocks.
