A lot of hate for United Airlines is running rampant all over social media. It all has to do with a video posted over the weekend of a gentleman being dragged off of a flight.
The flight was set to take off from O'Hare International Airport and head to Louisville on Sunday night, but happened to be overbooked. According to one passenger, flight personnel asked for volunteers to get off the plane, but nobody did. After that, a manager came on the plane to explain that a computer would randomly select four people to leave the plane. A couple was selected first and they de-boarded. The gentleman in the video was selected second and refused to move. The eye-witness passenger said the man explained he was a doctor and needed to see patients at the hospital the next morning, but staff was not accepting that. Instead, they got security who removed the man from the plane.
