This is the grossest.
A truck driver hauling 7,500 pounds of live hagfish failed to stop at a construction site along the road which led to one of his containers of hagfish to topple and land in the opposite late.
A four-care pileup followed and wriggling, slimy hagfish ended up all over the road and other vehicles.
Luckily nobody had major injuries. Unfortunately, a large number of hagfish died in the accident.
These fish are also known as slime eel and used in Korean cuisine.
In this heat... what is this going to start smelling like in the next few days?😳 pic.twitter.com/3FqSwXeSMP— Oregon State Police (@ORStatePolice) July 13, 2017
