Girl Destroys Expensive Art By Taking A Selfie

I've heard about how dangerous it is to walk and text, but I didn't think taking selfies had much of a consequence...aside from people making fun of you for trying to take the perfect selfie out in public.

A woman was attending The 14th Factory in Los Angeles and decided to take a selfie with the art. Here's what the exhibit looked like:

"Hypercaine," an installation of sculptural crowns and other objects by Simon Birch, Gloria Yu, Gabriel Chan and Jacob Blitzer, at The 14th Factory. 👑👑👑

So...as this woman was trying to take a selfie, she knocked over one of the pieces of art, which had a domino effect and just knocked over an entire row. OOPS!

You can see her in the upper right hand corner of this video:

The sticker price on the damaged art was $200,000. This is when you just make a run for it! At least that's what I would do!
