In case you were wondering, Kid Rock was absolutely not kidding when he said he was going to run for senate.
Because of their political differences, someone thought Sheryl Crow would take exception to this and tweeted out "Sheryl Crow would be rolling in her grave".
Sheryl was pretty surprised and responded with "Dude. I'm still alive."
Like a true songwriter, she decided the statement sounded cool enough to merit it's own song (and it's hilarious).
She namechecks everyone, from Gloria Gaynor to Jeff Sessions.
