According to the American Psychological Association, Americans are more stressed out than ever. Or, at least, they’re as stressed out as they have been since the group started keeping score in 2007.
The results of a January survey show that there has been a statistically significant increase in stress for the first time since 2007, when the study was first given.
And, it seems that young adults are dealing with more stress than their parents -- or their grandparents. (Bloomberg)
