BEING SINGLE COSTS YOU A LOT OF MONEY

posted by Stuart Langston -

According to economists, being single costs you a lot of money.

Young married men make nearly $16,000 more each year than single men.

Married guys also save a bunch of money on housing and daily expenses. When you’re single, you’re on your own with all that housing and grocery expense.

And, dating isn’t free. Or cheap. Single people often spend a lot of money – and time – trying to find a partner.

Even the government wants you to be married ... with tax breaks and benefits only married people can receive. (MarketWatch)
