A Michigan man who was pulled over for driving while a little bit too fried told cops that he'd knocked back a few too many...chicken nuggets!
Jeremy Miller had clearly been hitting the sauce before cops subjected him to a breathalyzer test that showed his blood alcohol level to be more than twice the legal limit. But when asked to explain himself, he said he'd been busted "because I was stupid, those damn chicken nuggets.” Miller, a newly elected commissioner in his home county, told officers he had no idea how much booze he'd consumed because he'd had "quite a night" and didn't remember where he'd been.
Miller apologized to his constituents, but is not likely to face jail time because it was his first offense. (Grand Rapids Press)
