It's no secret that kids, especially teens, don't get enough sleep. That’s why some schools in New Mexico are testing out sleeping pods, so students who are really tired can nap between classes and during study halls.
So far, the trials have been a huge success. Kids say just 20 minutes in a pod and they feel much more refreshed and ready to take on the rest of the day.
