Not Good To Google Yourself Too Much

A study found that 9% of Millennials and 11% of Generation Z-ers Google themselves every day … and it’s not good for their mental health. 57% of Millennials say they Google themselves frequently and 48% of young Millennials, or Generation Z, do the same. Psychologists say that this increase in self-Googling is driven by a rise in narcissism, and they warn that Googling yourself too often can lead to a range of mental health issues from depression to anxiety to shame to anger at people posting negative comments.
