If you’re dealing with chronic stress, researchers say you can avoid pills and might be able to keep it under control by just jogging.

This, of course, is a big deal because stress is a big problem. It’s believed that more than a third of adults in America feel overwhelmed by stress. So, it’s definitely good news to know that the negative effects of stress can be dealt with by just going for a run. (Science Daily)
