Road Rage? Watch Those Hand Gestures

Cops in England are using a law passed in 1998 to fine drivers in a big way if they make rude hand gestures while driving.

Flipping someone off over there can now be considered road rage under the "Crime and Disorder Act" and result in a fine of about $1,400.

Cops can also pile on with a charge of inattentive driving. When you're flipping someone off, you don't have two hands on the wheel. This means, they can tag you with another fine of up to $3,500. (Metro)
