Huntsville Veterans Day Parade | November 11th

On Monday, November 11th the Veterans Day Parade will roll through downtown Huntsville at 11am. The parade will begin on Woodson Avenue, take a right onto Holmes Avenue before tkaing a left onto Monroe Street and before passing Veterans Memorial Park. The parade will continue on Green Street, take a left onto Williams Avenue then take a right on Church Street before hitting it's final stretch on Clinton Avenue. 13th Annual Heroes Week

The 13th Annual Heroes' Week is November 6th - 12th. On Wednesday, you can join in two celebrations at Huntsville International Airport to welcome 59 wounded or injured service members and their spouses or caregivers. The whole community is invited to join us in welcoming our guests at the HSV Airport on November 6th. Two Welcome Ceremonies will be held in the afternoon, one at approximately 1:45pm and one at approximately 4:15pm. Subsequent welcome opportunities will take place at the Westin - Bridge Street approximately 30-45 minutes after the airport welcomes. Please be advised that all times are subject to change, due to the nature of air travel. These service members represent all five branches of the military and will come from all over the U.S. to enjoy a week of relaxation and recognition!
