Barney, his mom, and his siblings were all found by the side of the road and brought to The Ark animal shelter by a good samaritan. They were left with only an open bag of dog food and the puppies had just been born.
Now, at 6 weeks old, Barney and his brothers and sisters are available for adoption (plus, mama needs a home too).
