Josh Turner is a well-known family man, having been married to his beautiful wife Jennifer for 14 years and raising 4 children.
It shouldn't come as a surprise that he returned home last week to help celebrate the birthday of his grandmother-in-law Lois Cunningham, who turned 100 on June 12!
“We went down there and had a big-time shindig for her,” says Turner. “We played a lot of music and ate a lot of food, good clean fun and fellowship and we had good weather for it and everything and she was feeling good, so we had a great time. She was even up there playing several songs on the piano so she’s still doing pretty good for 100.”
Now I love that video (and the look on her face) but let's not forget that he's been sharing Lois with his fans for some time now, even inviting her to play piano on the stage of the Grand Ole Opry.
This rendition of "How Great Thou Art" definitely deserved the standing ovation.
