Soldier reacts to his baby being born on Facetime

A soldier delayed at an airport watched his wife give birth to their daughter over FaceTime.

Brooks Lindsey sat huddled in a corner at the airpor as he watched his wife Haley give birth in Brandon, Mississippi on Friday.

A woman travelling with him from El Paso, Texas filmed the doting father’s concerned reactions to the birth, his eyes glued to the screen as he nervously watched and cried when his daughter, Millie Fritz Anne Lindsey was born.

"She's 21 inches long, seven pounds, six ounces and a head full of hair," said the proud father.

The flight delay was a blessing for the new parents, had Brooks' flight actually left on time, he would have likely missed Millie's birth.
