Best known for our school tours, Tate Farms Cotton Pickin' Pumpkins is also open for Family Fun! Tate Farms will be open:

Open now throughOctober 31,  Monday-Friday:  2:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m., Saturday:  9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. for general admission.  Private parties can be scheduled for other dates in the year.  Join Tate Farms for Pumpkin Destruction Day on November 3rd. $12 admission and tons of way to get out your aggression.

Pumpkins- Carving or Specialty Pumpkins, priced by weight. Fall Decor: Gourds, Mums, Straw Bales, Corn Shocks, Gourd Gun and Pumpkin Cannon shoot pumpkins 1/2 mile Face Painting-$1.00 per design (Sat. only)And of course you can pick your own pumpkins from our huge, 65 acres of pumpkins and gourds of all kinds and varieties!

Featuring Piper & Leaf artisan teas brewed from local ingredients, this new retail space is kid friendly - free of breakables.  Full of new Comfort Colors t-shirts for kids and adults, fall clothing line for kids, toys and treats of many kinds.

Don't forget to visit our Tate Farms Cotton Pickin' Pumpkins Country Store, for fall decor for your home, farm related child toys, Tate Farms T-shirts and even fudge!

Inside, you'll also find our personal cookbook "Tate Farms, Friends and Family," featuring recipes from the Tate family, and our many friends, employees and family members--featuring old family favorites, and of course, lots of pumpkin recipes.

 

COUNTRY CAFE and BARN CAFE

Enjoy great food and fun at The Barn Cafe. The cafe is open Monday-Saturday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. We serve, cooked to order hamburgers, hot dogs, delicious grilled and fried chicken sandwiches, chicken fingers, and fries. Of course, we use our own pumpkins to prepare our great tasting homemade pumpkin pies!

The Barn Cafe offers a soup of the day, along with the southern favorite-pintos, cornbread, and a slice of onion. We also have pumpkin slushies, pumpkin sippies, soft drinks, hot chocolates/ cappuccino's and coffee. On Saturdays, we offer country fair type foods such as funnel cakes, cotton candy, roasted corn, and specialty breads and desserts.
