Noelle Mills Photography out of Louisiana was able to take photos of baby Hope on the very boat that saved her. Hope and her family are from Texas and are victims of Hurricane Harvey.
This little love, perfectly named Hope, was rescued from her home in Orange Texas in this very boat. She was rescued at just ten days old.
