Jelly Roll’s new bar will reportedly open its doors in time for the weekend, making the Beautifully Broken superstar the latest artist to open his own bar amid the famous stretch of honky tonks on historic Lower Broadway in Nashville, Tennessee.

The multi-level bar is slated to open on Thursday (January 16), per a report by the Nashville-based Tennessean. The report also notes that Jelly Roll’s Goodnight Nashville is the first downtown bar to be opened by an artist born and raised in Music City. Jelly Roll grew up in the Antioch neighborhood of Nashville, and titled his debut country record, Whitsitt Chapel, after a church he attended in his hometown.

Jelly Roll teamed up with Scottsdale, Arizona-based Evening Entertainment Group to bring Goodnight Nashville to life. It’s located at 209 Broadway. Jelly Roll’s wife, Bunnie Xo, shared a few glimpses of the bar on her Instagram story on Wednesday (January 15). The reigning iHeartRadio Music Awards Best New Artist award in both Pop and Country categories included tributes to his wife — particularly, with an entire floor — in Goodnight Nashville.

The bar will serve as “Jelly Roll’s love letter to his hometown and the lively music scene,” Goodnight Nashville’s website reads. “Nestled right on Broadway, our rustic, tattoo-themed bar spans four floors and features the highest rooftop in Music City. Dive into Nashville’s vibe with live music, tasty bites, and jaw-dropping skyline views from up top. No matter if you’re here to soak in the atmosphere or celebrate an event, Goodnight Nashville offers an unforgettable experience celebrating the best of Music City.”
